  • Yes! That’s one of our favorite things.

    We have a growing game library available for in-store play. You’re welcome to come in, grab a table, and enjoy a few hours of gaming.

  • Open play is free.

    Some special events (tournaments, structured campaigns, ticketed nights) may have a small entry fee. Event details will always be listed on the calendar and social media.

  • Absolutely! Check out our Facebook and Instagram for weekly events.

  • Yes! We love when families come in to play together. Many of our games are great for kids, teens, and adults alike. If you need recommendations for a specific age group, just ask — we’re happy to help.

  • Yes! If we don’t have what you’re looking for, we can:

    • Special order games

    • Request TCG products (when available)

    • Notify you when items arrive

    Just let us know what you’re hunting for and we’ll track it down. You pay when it comes in.

  • Yes! We carry:

    • Magic: The Gathering

    • Pokémon

    • Disney Lorcana

    • Other TCG products (availability varies)

    We also host events like Friday Night Magic and casual TCG play nights.

  • Yes! The Kraken’s Crate buys and sells Magic: The Gathering singles. Whether you're looking to upgrade your Commander deck, finish a collection, or trade in cards you’re no longer using, we’re happy to help. Bring your cards into the shop and we’ll review them with you to determine value based on current market prices and card condition. We offer store credit or cash options depending on the cards and demand, and our singles inventory is always changing — so there’s always something new to discover.   • For regular open play, tables are first-come, first-served.

    For:

    • Birthday parties

    • Private events

    • Large group reservations

  • We carry light snacks and beverages. Outside food is generally okay — just be respectful of the space and clean up after yourselves.

  • YES.

    You do not need experience.
